- Photofest is happy to let you use the cameras for up to five full days at no additional charge. We understand that most special events last more than a single day!
- We guarantee arrival by noon the day prior to the start of your event. If the cameras don’t arrive by then, we’ll go ahead and pay to ship a replacement set to you overnight. Or we’ll get in a plane and fly them to you ourselves – whatever it takes to make sure your event goes off without a hitch.
- Photofest also gives you a personalized USB thumb drive with all of your photos and videos on it (and we don’t charge you for shipping it). You can then add additional electronic media from your wedding – scanned invitations, menus, song lists, additional photos – and store it in a safe place. That way you’ll never lose your memories due to a hard drive crash!
- Photofest gives you 1 year of photo hosting at Smugmug for free. We like Smugmug because your friends and family don’t need to create an account to view your photos, they offer free full resolution downloads, and you can order prints for only $.19 each.
- In addition, we do a “first pass screen” of your photos during the upload process to ensure they’re appropriate for all of your friends and family, and to get rid of “accidental” or very poor quality shots.

- Photofest offers “transparent” shipping. This means we’ll only charge you exactly what it costs us to ship the cameras to you and back to us (typically less than $20 total).
- We also don’t charge for “handling” (we hate handling charges!). There are NO hidden costs!
- Photofest ships all cameras in shipping containers made from at least 40% post-consumer recycled material. We use our containers multiple times, and recycle them when their service life is complete.
- Photofest uses only 100% post-consumer recycled materials wherever possible. This includes all of our paper products, promotional material and camera wrist lanyards (made from recycled plastic bottles!). We even use rechargeable batteries, and recycle them when they can’t hold a charge anymore!
