Photofest uses Canon A590 IS digital cameras containing 1 GB SD cards. Each camera has 8.0-megapixels, a 4x optical zoom, an Optical Image Stabilizer and a large 2.5-inch LCD display. It also has a wide range of shooting modes, including Canon's new Easy Mode, which makes picture taking simple and carefree. A DIGIC III Image Processor with enhanced face detection technology assures natural-looking results, while motion detection technology reduces blur - even in low light conditions! The resolution of the photos is 3264 x 2448. That means that, with our 1 GB SD cards, our cameras can hold around 460 2 MB photos each. Thirsty for more information?
